A Submersible ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) is a tethered underwater mobile device that is controlled from the surface. The ROV that is in current development also includes several other features which are broken down below.

Pitch Module
About 10 ounces of lead was melted down into a half-sphere. This gives the platform enough weight to lift and lower the front of the sub (and camera) depending on its position.
The "Finished" Product
Applied three coatings of Plasti Dip for waterproofing purposes.
